A trusted bridge to care.
P.A.V.E is a San Diego-based community service provider focused on helping individuals move from crisis toward recovery, housing stability, and long-term wellness.
Our team works directly in high-need areas, including downtown San Diego, East Village, shelter settings, encampment areas, and communities where individuals often face barriers to traditional systems of care.
Through lived experience, trauma-informed engagement, harm reduction-informed support, and strong community partnerships, P.A.V.E helps people access treatment, housing, healthcare, mental health support, and re-entry resources.
